चर्चा में क्यों Zen Garden & Kaizen Academy?

जापानी 'ZEN गार्डन - काइज़न अकादमी' (Zen Garden- Kaizen Academy) दोनों का उद्घाटन प्रधामंत्री मोदी जी के कर कमलों द्वारा AMA (Amedabad Management Association) में किया गया। 

जापान के सूचना एवं अध्ययन केंद्र तथा भारत-जापान मैत्री संघ (IJFA) का संयुक्त प्रयोग है, तथा इसको समर्थन प्राप्त है ह्योगो इंटरनेशनल एसोसिएशन (HIA) द्वारा। 

इसका मुख्य उद्देश्य है भारत में जापान की कार्य संस्कृति (Work Culture) का प्रचार करना और साथ ही साथ जापान तथा भारत के बीच व्यापार संबंधों को मजबूती देना। 

Zen (Maruti Zen) यह एक प्रमुख अंग है महायान बौद्ध धर्म का और एक जापानी स्कूल भी है। यह ध्यान और अंतर्ज्ञान के विषय और मूल्यों पर जोर देता है। 

काइज़ेन (Kaizen) : एक Business Philosophy of Japan है। जो सभी work environment के साथ साथ कर्मचारियों को सम्मिलित करके कार्य दक्षता के वातावरण को और तीव्र तथा विशेष बनाता है।

मंदिर चाहिए या रोजगार?

इस प्रश्न में अतिशय दूषित मानसिकता छिपी है। परंतु उत्तर देना आवश्यक है। 

जब आप अपने परिवार के साथ मंदिर जायेंगे। तो आप पूजा से पहले दुकान से प्रसाद लेंगे , चढ़ाने के लिए माला, पूजा के लिए नारियल, प्रसाद भी लेंगे।

जिज्ञासु व्यक्ति के तौर पर यदि आप आसपास दृष्टि डालेंगे तो दुकान , हर ठेलिया को देखने को मिल जाएंगे। 

खाने पीने की दुकानें, चाय की दुकान, चाट, जलेबी, कपड़े, श्रृंगार आदि के सामान बेचने वाले छोटी बड़ी दुकानें देखने को मिल जाएंगी। 

यदि आप ध्यान से देखें तो पाएंगे एक मंदिर दो से ढाई हजार लोगों को जीवन यापन का Source है। 

लेकिन इससे भी महत्वपूर्ण बात है। मंदिर किसको रोजगार दे रहा है ! यह वह लोग है ,जिनके पास किसी संस्थान से डिग्री नहीं है। इतना धन नहीं है कि कोई बड़ा निवेश कर सकें। अर्थव्यवस्था में समाज के निचले स्तर के लोग है।

१.धार्मिक पुस्तक बेचने वालों को और उन्हें छापने वालों को रोजगार देते हैं।

२. माला बेचने वालों को घंटी-शंख और पूजा का सामान बेचने वालों को रोजगार देते हैं।

३. फूल वालों को माला बनाने और किसानों को रोजगार देते हैं।

४. मूर्तियां-फोटुएं बनाने और बेचने वालों को रोजगार देते हैं।

५. मंदिर प्रसाद बनाने और बेचने वालों को रोजगार देते हैं।

६. कांवड़ बनाने-बेचने वालों को भी रोजगार देते हैं।

७. रिक्शे वाले गरीब लोग जो कि धार्मिक स्थल तक श्रद्धालुओं को पहुंचाते हैं उन रिक्शा और आटो चालकों को रोजगार देते हैं।

८. लाखों  पुजारियों को भी रोजगार देते हैं।

९. रेलवे और हवाई जहाज की अर्थव्यवस्था का एक बड़ा हिस्सा मंदिरों से चलता है।

१०. मंदिरों के किनारे जो गरीबों की छोटी-छोटी दुकानें होती है उन्हें भी रोजगार मिलता है।

११. मंदिरों के कारण अंगूठी-रत्न बेचने वाले गरीबों का परिवार भी चलता है।

१२. मंदिरों के कारण दिया बनाने और कलश बनाने वालों को भी तो रोजगार मिलता है।

१३. मंदिरो से उन हजारों खच्चर वालों को रोजगार मिलता है जो कि श्रद्धालुओं को दुर्गम पहाड़ों पर प्रभु के द्वार तक ले जाते हैं।

१४. भारत में लाखों होटल हैं और धर्मशालाएं हैं उनमें रहने वाले लोगों को मंदिर ही तो रोजगार देतें हैं।

१५. तिलक बनाने वाले- नारियल और सिंदूर आदि बेचने वालों को भी ये मंदिर रोजगार देते हैं।

१६. गुड-चना बनाने वालों को भी मंदिर रोजगार देते हैं।

१७. मंदिरों के कारण लाखों अपंग और भिखारियों और अनाथ बच्चों को रोजी-रोटी मिलती है।

१८. मंदिरों के कारण लाखों वानरों की रक्षा होती है और सांपों की हत्या होने से बचती है।

१९. मंदिरों के कारण ही हिंदू धर्म में पीपल-बरगद -पिलखन- आदिहै वृक्षों की रक्षा होती है।

२०. मंदिर के कारण जो हजारों मेले हर वर्ष लगते हैं- मेलों में जो चरखा-झूला चलाने वालों को भी तो रोजगार मिलता है।

२१. मंदिरों के कारण लाखों टूरिस्ट मंदिरों में घूमते हैं और छोटे-छोटे चाय-पकौडे-टिक्की बेचने वाले सभी गरीबों का जीवन यापन भी तो चलता है।

सनातन धर्म उन करोड़ों लोगों को रोजगार देता है जो गरीब हैं।

जो ज्यादा पड़े लिखे नहीं हैं और जिन के पास धन-जमीन और खेती नहीं है जो बचपन में अनाथ हो गए।

यह सामाजिक , धार्मिक उन्नयन का केंद्र है।

यदि आर्थिक दृष्टि से देखे तो मंदिर , अपने निवेश से कई हजार गुना रोजगार दे रहा है।

शायद हमनें अपनी धार्मिक आस्था के कारण इसको देखा नहीं। हमारे मंदिर , आर्थिक वितरण के बहुत बड़े , स्थाई केंद्र है।

आईए Industries को देखते हैं। मंदिर की भौगोलिक क्षेत्रफल के बराबर की factory और Company  कितने लोगों को रोजगार देता है।  जिनको रोजगार मिलता है उनकी मानसिक स्थिति और मंदिर पर निर्भर लोगों की मानसिक स्थिति की भी तुलना करने योग्य है। 

   

हथेली से जानें भविष्य

हस्‍तरेखा मतलब हाथ की रेखाएं, आकृतियों, चिह्न, लक्षण, तिल, हाथ की संरचना, रंग आदि के आधार पर व्यक्ति के स्‍वभाव, व्यक्तित्व और भविष्‍य के बारे में अनुमान लगाया जा सकता है. इससे व्यक्ति की आर्थिक स्थिति, स्वास्थ्य, करियर, शिक्षा, परिवार, उसके जीवन में आने वाले दुख-सुख, घटनाओं जैसी अनेकों जानकारियां मिलती हैं. हर एक रेखा के बारे में जानना रोचक होता है, और अधिकत्तर रेखाएं जो नियत दिशा में हों तो उसे हस्‍तरेखा में शुभ माना गया है. इन रेखाओ के अलग अलग नाम है जैसे सूर्य रेखा, भाग्य रेखा, भगवान विष्‍णु रेखा, हृदय रेखा। विशेषतः जिन लोगों के हाथ में भगवान विष्‍णु रेखा होती है, वे बेहद सौभाग्‍यशाली होते हैं ऐसी मान्यता है।

Hostel Life धरती पर स्वर्ग समान है। यहां प्रत्येक व्यक्ति जीवन का अद्भुत, अकल्पनीय आनंदपूर्ण जीवन जीता है। इस समयकाल में विद्यार्थी जीवन जीने की (Life Skills) वो सारी कलाएं सीखता है जो उसे सामाजिक, व्यवसायिक, व्यक्तिगत जीवन जीने में लाभदायी रहता है। 

Food Accostomed : हॉस्टल में सबसे पहले विद्यार्थी भोजन के प्रति एक नया दृष्टिकोण विकसित करता है। उसे पता चलता है भोजन जीवन की एक आवश्यकता है, भोजन जीवन नही है। भोजन लोगों के साथ मिलकर करें तो आनंद का विषय है नकी क्या अच्छा लगता है और क्या नहीं। 

स्वास्थ्य के लिए भोजन करना होता है नकी स्वाद के लिए। हॉस्टल अलग अलग (Diversified) तरह के भोजन (Food), नाश्ता (Breakfast & Beverages) और खाद्यपदार्थों ( Edible foods) से हमारा परिचय कराता है। 

Sense of Eqaulity: हॉस्टल में विभिन्न courses में पढ़ने वाले विद्यार्थी एक साथ रहते हैं। Interdisciplinary Culture build होता है। प्रत्येक विद्यार्थी को अनेकों courses में पढ़ने वाले लोगों के बारे में और courses के बारे में भी पता चलता है। 

Emotional Bond: अपने Blood Relatives के अलावा भी लोग रहते हैं और उनके साथ आत्मीयता हो सकती है, यह Deep Rooted Sense हॉस्टल में खूब व्यापक भाव से अपना स्थान बनाती है। समाज के अनेकों मन्तव्यों से आगे बढ़कर Hostel में संबंध स्थापित होते हैं।

Fitness & Sports: Hostel & College अधिकत्तर आसपास ही पाते जाते हैं। इसीलिए होस्टल & कॉलेज के Sports Complex, Ground और Tools Hostel के विद्यार्थियों के लिए आसानी से उपलब्ध होते हैं। छुट्टियों में Sports की प्रैक्टिस करके व्यक्ति अपना Career भी Sports की दिशा में बना सकता है।

कल गोधरा में सैकड़ों बच्चे अपने अनेकों प्रश्नों के साथ हमारे Seminar में आए। किसी को CA/CS के बारे में जानना था तो किसी को Pilot कैसे बनें ये जानना था। कोई Medical के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों के बारे में जानने में उत्सुक था तो कोई Pharmacy में Foreign मेंं क्या Scope/ भविष्य हैं ये जानना चाहता था। BBA, Bcom, B.Voc को लेकर भी विद्यार्थियों की तरफ से अनेकों प्रश्न आए। Engineering के अनेकों शाखाओं को लेकर विद्यार्थियों के मन मस्तिष्क की दुविधा दूर हुई। कम से 45 Questions विद्यार्थियों ने पूछे। 

 कुछ विद्यार्थी GOVT JOBS (Defence Services, NDA, CDS, AFCAT, UPSC, GPSC, BANK_PO, NABARD...) को लेकर भी उत्सुक थे और एक विद्यार्थी को तो Motivational Speaker बनने की इच्छा थी। 

 अद्भुत संयोग था की इन प्रश्नों का उत्तर देने और उनकी आंखों में संतुष्टि देखना मेरा सौभाग्य रहा। भविष्य में कौन से विषय और करियर में आनंद मिलेगा यह भी हमने विस्तारपूर्वक बताया। मुझे विश्वास है आप उन सबको प्रेरित करेंगे अपने प्रश्नों का उत्तर प्राप्त करने हेतु।

हाल ही में इससे जुड़ा एका मामला भी सामने आया, जहां एक उम्मीदवार को एयरफोर्स में एयरमैन के पद के लिए चुना जा चुका था, लेकिन अग्रिम चयन के बाद उसे निकाल दिया गया। छात्र से जब उसे निकाले जाने कारण पूछा गया, तो उसने बताया कि, फिजिकल और मेंटल चेकअप में तो उसका चयन कर लिया गया था, लेकिन फिटनेस चेकअप के दौरान उसके शरीर पर टेटू बना नज़र आया तो उसे कानून का हवाला देते हुए सेना भर्ती करने से इंकार कर दिया गया। हालांकि, सेना द्वारा निकाले गए छात्र ने हाई कोर्ट में इसके खिलाफ अपील भी कि, लेकिन कोर्ट ने इसे ये कहते हुए खारिश कर दिया कि, IAF के अंदुरूनी नियम, जिसमें कोर्ट बिल्कुल भी हस्तक्षेप नहीं कर सकता।

How to Join IB & RAW

The life of people working in RAW and IB is far from being glamorous. In fact it's boring. The procedure for RAW is deliberately kept opaque. Unlike other countries were officers are recruited directly through advertisement on website, RAW recruits indirectly where first one has to clear UPSC exam and become part of armed forces or police. The are some ways for joining:

IB selects candidates for electronic intelligence directly (Government Grade B level officer). भारत पिछले दस वर्षों दुनिया के सबसे बड़े गेहूं आयात करने वाले राष्ट्र egypt को भारत से गेहूं खरीदने के लिए मना रहा था। परंतु, egypt की अधिकत्तर आवश्यकता यूक्रेन & रूस से पूरी हो जाती थी। 

परंतु अब यह एक महत्वपूर्ण समाचार है की Egypt भारत से लाखों टन गेहूं आयात करेगा। 10करोड़ से ज्यादे जनसंख्या वाला Egypt भारत के लिए middle east में मिस्र, तुर्की जेसे दूसरे राष्ट्रों के लिए भी गेहूं निर्यात का दरवाजा खोल सकता है। 

यह भारत के लिए बहुत बड़ा एक्सपोर्ट का क्षेत्र बन सकता है।

अभी नन्दी की प्रसन्नता में सम्मिलित होने का समय है । अपने−अपने स्थान पर शिवजी की आराधना करें । विपरीत कालचक्र आरम्भ हुआ । विश्वेश्वर के जागरण का काल है । विपरीत कालचक्र 35 गुणा तीव्र होता है，अवसर्पिणी के 42000 वर्षों की तुलना में उत्सर्पिणी केवल 1200 वर्षों की होती है । 1192 ई⋅ में काशी पर म्लेच्छों का आधिपत्य हुआ था，2000 ई⋅ में अवसर्पिणी के अन्त होने से 808 वर्ष पहले । उसे 35 से भाग दें । 2000 ई⋅ से 23 वर्ष के उपरान्त काशी की मुक्ति आरम्भ होगी । विधायिका，कार्यपालिका और न्यायपालिका पर मैकॉले की प्रेतछाया से मुक्ति आरम्भ होगी ।
