We have an opening for Recruitment Consultant for which the specifications are as below.

Education Qualification:

·         MBA – HR

Job Profile:

·         Headhunting & Sourcing of candidates by initial screening, personal interviews / telephonic interviews and handling the entire joining process of the candidates.

·         With use of various tools and innovative recruiting styles, review and present the screened candidates to the clients

·         advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, for example newspapers, websites, social media

·         Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined

·         receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client;

·         briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question

·         Regular follow-up with candidates and managing a healthy pipeline

·         Meeting the defined timeframe for the assignments

·         Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database

·         Scheduling interviews, briefing candidates before and after interviews

·         Accountable for complete delivery and revenue generation from respective accounts

Candidate Profile:

·         Good spoken and written English, Aggressive and Target Oriented, Fire in Belly, Good IQ and EQ and Good negotiator.

Experience:

Min 1 year of experience or Fresher can also apply

Remuneration: Upto 10000 p.m+ co. mobile handset with company sim card + incentives + leaves

Location: Gujarat - Ahmedabad.
