AVIATION INDUSTRY:
Delhi Airport's handling of over 72.2 million passengers in 2023 represents a remarkable year-on-year growth of 20.36% compared to 2022. This positive trajectory signifies a robust recovery within India's aviation sector. However, data indicates a slight descent from the 9th place in 2022, with Chicago O'Hare Airport surpassing Delhi in 2023.
India is looking for 40,000 pilots in next a decade. In same proportion, ground staff and crew members. By 2025, india is aiming to have 220 airports. Its high time, india should be ready with trained and qualified mass to cater better services.
RAILWAY & HIGHWAY NETWORK:
India is having 20,000+ trains, 8,000+ railway stations, 700 crore travellers every year. 12,00,000+ employees. Thousands of the new coaches will added soon in next a few years in all superfast expresses.
India is second highest Highway Network in the world and India's road network carries over 71% of its freight and about 85% of passenger traffic.It requires huge number of Motels, Hotels, Eateries and various other service providers on National Highways for better experience of travellers.
In nutshell Airways, Railways and Highways can offer pandora's box as far as career is concern. But youth of India should develop perspective towards these avenues as career, business and national service.
