Greetings from Reliance Mutual Fund. We are among the Top 3 Asset Management Companies in India. We are currently having Openings for Summer Trainees (for Sales & Distribution Function) at Baroda Branch.
We are looking for three summer trainees for the below job roles -
> 1. Retail Channel : The Trainee will be required to
> -touch base our Retail channel Partners which includes Individual Financial Advisors (IFAs) and National Distributor (NDs) for business mobilization.
> -Provide Regular updates about our Products to the above clients
> - Constant Follow up for increasing the business numbers and solving any service queries they face in their daily work routine will be a part of his/her profile.
> 2. Banking Channel : The Trainee will be required to handle
> -relationship with Banks (Private Banks) which are our channel Partners. Here the role will be to be a support system for the existing sales team of Banks and enhance the business numbers.
> 3. Corporate Sales Group (CSG) : The Trainee will be required to take care of our Corporate Client Relationships. This are our direct clients and here the role will be to be a support system for the Corporate Relationship Manager for enhancing the Liquid and Debt AUM numbers.
>
> The selected trainees shall be mapped to experience Relationship Managers of the organization and shall undergo the required training on the field in any of the above roles selected.
> During the internship- each trainee will evaluated on the following parameters
> - Attendance & Discipline
> - Aptitude and Attitude towards the profile
> - keenness to learn and contribute
>
> At the end of the Training period the Trainee shall learn.
> - The functioning of Asset Management Company
> - Relationship Management
> - Products of Mutual Fund
